Craig Frames Victoria 7x12 Picture Frame Ornate Silver - Timeless Wall

In this review of the Craig Frames Victoria 7x12 picture frame, the bottom line is simple: this frame is for someone who wants a traditional, ornate display for a vertical or horizontal 7x12 print without spending a lot. The reviewer found the painted silver finish and slightly convex, 1.375 in moulding give prints a formal, Victorian look while the included glass, rigid black backing and pre-attached stamped hanging hardware make it ready to hang out of the box. It is an attractive, budget-conscious option for framing portraits, certificates and decorative prints.

• Solid wood construction: Made from solid poplar wood with a painted finish, the moulding feels substantial compared with thin, hollow alternatives.

Who It's For

The Craig Frames Victoria is best for homeowners, photographers and gift buyers who want an economical yet ornate frame for a bridal portrait, certificate or decorative print. Its silver finish complements traditional interiors and the solid poplar moulding resists looking cheaply made when viewed at normal display distance.

Those seeking museum-grade glazing, anti-reflective glass, or a completely scratch-proof surface should look elsewhere, as customer feedback indicates mixed experiences with glass content and scratch resistance. Also, buyers wanting an ultra-lightweight or minimalist modern frame may prefer different styles.
