Loloi Grip Rug Pad ULTSS Grey 5 ft x 8 ft - Low Profile Cushion

In this review the Loloi Grip Rug Pad ULTSS Grey 5 ft x 8 ft is recommended for homeowners who need a reliable, low profile solution to keep rugs flat and secure on multiple surfaces; the single biggest reason to buy is its combination of slip resistance and thin cushioning that works well under area rugs while still allowing easy vacuuming. The pad is reversible, trim-to-fit, and made from recycled materials in the USA, so it suits anyone wanting a practical, eco-conscious accessory for hardwood, tile, vinyl, linoleum, or carpeted floors.

Key Features

• Slip resistance: The pad prevents shifting, bunching, and wrinkles so rugs stay in place and vacuuming is easier on high traffic floors.
• Multi-surface use: The reversible design is suitable for both hard surfaces and carpet, offering flexibility when transferring rugs between rooms.
• Cushioning: It adds soft, low profile cushion that reduces impact in high traffic areas and helps extend the life of the rug.
• Trim to fit: The pad can be easily cut with scissors to match any rug size for a neat, custom fit under area rugs.
• Recycled construction: Made in the USA from a blend of 100% recycled materials, it provides protection while using reclaimed resources.

Who It's For

This rug pad is best for people with hardwood or tile floors who need dependable slip resistance without adding noticeable height; renters and homeowners who vacuum frequently will appreciate that the thin profile stays out of the way. It also suits those who want a simple trim-to-fit option to match non-standard rug sizes and prefer products with recycled content.

Those who need very thick padding or extra soundproofing should look elsewhere, as this pad is intentionally low profile (approximately 1/4 in) and aims to balance cushion with a flat, unobtrusive feel rather than plush underfoot softness.
