Round Rugs 5ft Fluffy Shag Circle Rug Beige Cream Checkered - Soft

In this review of the KICMOR round rug 5ft, the bottom line is simple: this is a cozy, aesthetic choice for anyone wanting a soft, decorative floor piece in a bedroom, nursery, or living area. The rug's checkerboard-inspired cream white and beige palette and thick microfiber pile are the main reasons to buy - it instantly softens hard floors and creates a comfy spot for kids and pets. The review focuses on real-world use: feel, appearance, cleaning, and how the non-slip backing performs in everyday homes.

Key Features

• Checkerboard design: The cream white and beige pattern adds a mid-century inspired look that lifts decor without dominating a room.
• Ultra soft pile: Billions of 1.6in plush fibers create a cushioned, cloud-like surface that warms cold floors and feels pleasant when walking barefoot.
• Microfiber construction: The microfiber face and spongy interlayer provide durability while keeping the rug lightweight enough to move when needed.
• Non-slip backing: A thickened felt base with 40,000+ high-density anti-slip dots improves grip on hard floors to reduce shifting during normal use.
• Easy maintenance: The rug cleans with a gentle hand wash, low-power vacuum, or a wipe; it should be air-dried and not machine laundered.

Who It's For

This rug is best for homeowners and renters who want an affordable, stylish round rug that feels plush underfoot and complements neutral or monochrome decor. It suits bedrooms, kids rooms, reading nooks, and dorm spaces where a soft surface and visual warmth are priorities.

Shoppers who need a very low-maintenance rug for heavy-traffic entryways or who require machine-washable floor coverings should look elsewhere; this model needs careful cleaning (no machine wash, no tumble dry) and an initial few days lying flat to fully recover from vacuum packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this rug stay in place on hardwood floors?
The thickened felt backing with high-density anti-slip dots improves grip and reduces sliding on most hard floors, though a rug pad can add extra stability.

How do I clean stains or regular dirt?
Spot clean with a mild cleaner and cold water or use a low-power vacuum; hand wash if necessary and air-dry. Avoid machine washing, bleach, tumble drying, or ironing.

Does the rug arrive fluffy right away?
Because it ships vacuum-packed, expect creases and reduced fluff at first; lay it flat for 2 to 3 days and the pile will recover to its plush feel.
