The Tuszom 1600D + 1200D Boat Cover is designed to provide unmatched protection for your boat, whether you're trailering or mooring. This ultra-durable cover fits boats ranging from 16 to 18.5 feet, including tri-hull, V-hull, runabout, fish & ski boats, and bass boats. With its powerful waterproof and breathable features, this cover has passed a 12000pa water pressure resistance test, thanks to the 1600D oxford material coated with waterproof PU backing and a water-resistant coating surface.
One of the standout features of this cover is its ability to effectively prevent water seepage. The use of waterproof seal sealing tapes (1 inch wide) and double rows of stitches (6 stitches per inch) in all seams ensures that your boat remains dry even in heavy rain. Additionally, the cover is equipped with two large air vents with PP plastic panels located in the bow and stern, promoting air circulation and keeping the interior dry.
When it comes to wind resistance, the windproof cover is built to be trailerable and towing-friendly. The widened webbing loops are sewn with 4-thread stitching and lining cloth, making them extremely durable. The cover comes with a total of 9-13 adjustable straps (2 inches wide) with POM buckles that can withstand up to 250 lbf of pull, ensuring that the cover stays firmly in place and does not blow off during transport.
Constructed from excellent and tearproof fabric, the 1600D solution-dyed Oxford (0.42mm thickness) combined with 1200D Oxford and anti-UV coating provides superior durability. This cover has passed a tension strength test of 470-650 lbf, outperforming other 900D and 1200D options. The quadruple-stitched seams and bar-tack stitches at the webbing loops enhance the cover's capability to resist tearing, while the thickened bow and stern areas offer additional protection against sharp objects.
Moreover, the anti-UV and fade-resistant yarn-dyed fabric ensures that the cover maintains its color and does not stain your boat. The solution-dyed fabric is colored before weaving, allowing for better integration of dye and yarn, resulting in high colorfastness and UV protection upgraded to UPF 50+.
For added convenience, the cover features mooring capabilities with high load-bearing tie-down rings. Although sand bag mooring kits are not included, they can be easily tied to stabilize the cover against strong winds. This feature saves you time and money while ensuring your boat remains protected. Before purchasing, please measure your boat's size to ensure a perfect fit. The cover is universally compatible with various boat sizes, including 14 ft, 16 ft, 19 ft, 20 ft, 22 ft, and 24 ft.
